Hitech Angadi is a rural development intiative by silicon village project. Hitech Angadi aims at rural development through digitalization and integrating technology with villages.In the version 1.0 we are starting with E-Market technology (e-commerce) to sell farm products at best prices. We are in a practice to make complete organic farming in every village through crop management and research techniques. At first we are making things easier just sell from your village. We are gathering villages and building methodologies to connect farms with cities the best way.
We are planning to connect every village through Hitech Angadi platform and help farmers and rural people sell their handcrafted products and farm products. As vegetables are daily needs and every one has smartphones ,farmers don't need to travel to cities to sell their products. This platform encourages rural youth to start their own industries like organic farming, products from waste, bamboo bottles, kitchen ware products from clay etc. Products like furniture, handlooms, pots and handcrafts should be produced in more quantities encouraging villages to enter the mission of developing rural economy. We are not going to charge high margins as our vision is to build villages and improve nation's economy. Our carpenters, handcrafters and weavers are good at skills but what lacks is their encouragement. In the field of furniture production we design furniture in modelling bring orders and let them crafted by carpenters from different villages.

We have cutting edge furniture designs in the past, as by industrialization we are shifting to modern culture and buying imported products. But what if you spend an amount of 50% of cost of imported product. It would improve village economy!
